Getting involved

EMPower Community

EMPower Community is a platform created by employees for the employees to raise suggestions and any issues around Diversity & Inclusivity (D&I). The Community is also a sounding board for the company's D&I activities, where employees can help UK Power Networks vision to an Employer of Choice. The Community’s overall aim is to work with the organisation to accelerate equality and inclusion. A significant part of this involves celebrating diversity by raising awareness through a variety of events and activities linked to National and International awareness days highlighted throughout the year.
