The first step is to request a free site visit by completing our online form or by logging onto our portal.
We'll contact you
We'll contact you to discuss your requirements and if necessary we'll arrange for one of engineers to visit you to provide free advice.
If your power supply is connected to your neighbour's property, we'll need to carry out extensive checks to both properties to understand who has the main supply. This will then help us talk you through your options if this is case.
If needed, we'll carry out the work
If work is required, we will return on an agreed date to complete the work. If your electricity supply is currently connected to your neighbour's property and you wish to separate it, we will need to work closely with you and you neighbour to plan and complete this work.
