We’d like to reach as many customers as possible in our community and want to work with third parties to help promote our Priority Services Register.
We have over 250 referral networks across our areas. These are trusted organisations who provide support services within the community and have the welfare of their community at the heart of their services.
Our referral networks share helpful information on how to better prepare our customers should they experience a power cut and access to services that bring peace of mind. For referral partners that support people who are medically dependant on electricity we also provide our emergency boxes so that it can be installed in the home.
- Identifying customers who need extra support
- Sending leaflets in a letter to residents or distributing leaflets to your community
- Promoting the Priority Service Register at a local event
- Displaying posters (electronic or printed) in your local buildings
- Advertising or featuring our Priority Services Register in your magazines or newsletters
- Adding information on your website
- Sharing our social media posts
- Providing in person advice about what to do in a power cut
- Providing our emergency boxes to residents who are medically dependant on electricity
