Multiple or repeat power cuts
We’re sorry you have been experiencing multiple power cuts, we understand this can be very frustrating even when the power cuts are short. Power cuts can happen for many reasons and sometimes it can take us a few attempts to repair the fault permanently, which means you could have repeat power cuts over a period of time.
We always aim to fix the problem the first time. Unfortunately this isn’t always possible as the cause of the power cut may requires extensive engineering work to locate and repair, some faults can take longer to fully repair than others. For example, for underground electricity cables, we have to dig up the road or footpath to access the cable so we investigate where the fault is.
