Compensation: power cut lasting less than 12 hours
We’re sorry you had a power cut, we know they are inconvenient and we always work to get your power back on as soon as is safely possible. If you have had a power cut lasting less than 12 hours then unfortunately we wouldn’t normally offer you a payment. Please read the Electricity Guaranteed Standards for more information. These are standards set out by our industry regulator Ofgem.
