Our partners and services are set up to offer personalised help whatever your circumstances, whether you’re living with a disability, don’t own your property or are struggling to pay your bills. They can help reduce your energy bills, make sure you're on the best tariff, put you in touch with local services in your area and help you apply for the Warm Home Discount or other available grants.

Peterborugh Environment City Trust (PECT)
PECT’s energy advice service provides households with the information and resources needed to stay warm and healthy, while cutting costs and carbon. The service is open to anyone living in Fenland, Huntingdonshire, Cambridge City or East Cambridgeshire.

Community Navigation (Imago)
Imago offers energy advice along with support with health and wellbeing, to anyone living in Kent, East Sussex, Medway or South London.

Community Energy South (CES)
Working with community energy groups across London, the South East and the East of England, CES provides a range of energy efficiency advice. They do this at Community Engagement events and home visits to customers who need extra support concerning their energy, staying warm and ensuring they are not left behind in the net zero transition.

Citizens Advice
Local Citizens Advice services in Sussex, London and Essex have joined together to provide free energy advice to residents. Services include help accessing energy grants, assistance with paying bills and advice to improve energy efficiency.
